The BPOB supervises the quality of the services provided by the affiliated investigative agencies. In doing so, the members are checked, among other things, for compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and the Privacy Code of Conduct. This is to protect the privacy interests of data subjects and to guarantee the professionalism of the affiliated investigative agencies. In order to keep everyone’s knowledge up to date, the BPOB regularly organizes knowledge sessions that can be attended by members.
