Cyber security support contract

An affordable combination of preventive and reactive Cyber Security services

For many companies, a cyber crime or IT security incident is lurking in wait without them being aware of it. More and more companies have cybercrime insurance, but it usually only covers consequential damage. Companies mainly benefit from good preventive measures and direct help from security professionals in the event of a cyber security incident. NFIR offers a Cyber Security Support Contract that meets this exact need. For a small amount per year, without excess, we offer a very valuable package of preventive and reactive services and your organization is assured of the very best help!

Most organisations have undertaken various activities since the introduction of the GDPR (AVG) in order to comply with the Regulation in the best possible way. For example, some companies employ a Data Protection Officer, who is tasked with ensuring compliance. Practice shows that various appropriate organizational measures are mostly in place, but what technically appropriate measures have you taken? And who tests the effective resilience of your systems to protect your “crown jewels” and personal data?

By taking advantage of this Cyber Security Support Contract, your organization can benefit from services throughout the year that raise awareness among employees and management in an approachable way. Even without an in-house privacy and/or security department, this topic then receives the preventive attention it deserves and that the GDPR (AVG) requires. In the unlikely event of a security incident, you know who to call and we are available to you 24/7.

For a small amount per year, without excess, we offer a very valuable package of preventive and reactive services and your organization is assured of the very best assistance.

When it comes to preventive services, think of:

  • 1-Yearly phishing email simulation to promote cyber awareness among your employees
  • 1-Yearly collective cyber awareness training for the Management or the Executive Board of your organisation
  • 1 hour of free IT Security advice per quarter
  • Automated weekly vulnerability scan of 2 public IP addresses

  • A support contract covers the intake of 1 incident p/y free of charge

Although NFIR does not offer such insurance, it is recommended. A cyber security incident is often accompanied by enormously high costs. Cyber security insurance can (partially) cover these costs. More important is to reduce the probability and impact of an incident. This can be done by strengthening the human firewall, regularly pen-testing systems and monitoring the network.

  • With an Incident Response Retainer Contract, your organization can count on immediate and adequate assistance from experts on the NFIR Computer Emergency Response Team. You use this service 24/7 365 days a year when your organization becomes a victim of Cyber Crime or faces other security incident requiring immediate assistance. By building a relationship with your organization's crisis team and understanding the relevant processes and technology within your organization, quick and appropriate action can be taken. The triage and containment phase will be a lot more efficient because of proper preparation and knowledge about your IT infrastructure and processes.

Companies benefit from good preventive measures and direct assistance from security professionals in the event of a Cyber Security incident. NFIR meets exactly this need with its Security Contracts.
