It’s official! NFIR recently signed the partner agreement with Awaretrain. Awaretrain has thus become our regular supplier of the e-learning modules in the awareness program. NFIR is pleased to add these educational and engaging modules to its awareness program. We look forward to a pleasant collaboration.

The NFIR awareness program consists of several components that ensure employees are engaged in strengthening their cyber security awareness throughout the year. Awaretrain’s e-learning modules are an integral part of this. These modules train the user in such topics as account security, phishing, social engineering and safe working from home. With this tooling, Awaretrain activates the “human firewall” and increases the safety awareness of employees and management. The goal of these modules is to increase cyber awareness and create a change in behavior that leads to a work environment in which safe and information-aware work becomes the norm. This objective aligns seamlessly with the objective of our awareness program. All purchasers of our awareness program receive access to a balanced package of e-learning modules from Awaretrain.

At Awaretrain, we are very excited to join forces with a reputable party like NFIR (Dennie Spreeuwenberg, founder Awaretrain).

Dennie Spreeuwenberg, owner and founder of Awaretrain, carefully guided us through all the modules that one by one address different facets of cybersecurity and shares in our mission to increase digital resilience. He explains this as follows:

Security awareness is more important than ever. Information incidents are commonplace and organizations often struggle with employee engagement on information security and privacy, leaving them unaware of the important roles and responsibilities they have in this area.”

Spreeuwenberg adds that he is looking forward to a positive collaboration between NFIR and Awaretrain.

“At Awaretrain, we are very excited to join forces with a reputable party like NFIR. With this partnership we combine the best from the world of Incident Response and security awareness tooling and take the NFIR security awareness program to the next level. With this program we create awareness and behavioral change in the field of information security, cybersecurity and privacy in a fun, accessible and continuous way. In this way we make the employee the strongest link in information security and we strive for a (cyber) safe work environment”.

Dennis Slier, commercial director of NFIR, is also enthusiastic about the collaboration with Awaretrain:

“NFIR has chosen to use Awaretrain’s professional e-learning platform. The e-learning modules are an important part of the awareness program NFIR offers to its clients. Participants can gain knowledge independently and in an attractive way. Through this collaboration, we offer strong and up-to-date content that ties in well with other parts of the program.”
